361 Managed Futures Strategy Fund

The 361 Managed Futures Strategy Fund is a tactically managed futures strategy that seeks positive absolute returns that have a low correlation to the broader stock and bond market averages. It attempts to track the 361 Capital Systematic Index*, a rules based model that generates trading signals based on a combination of medium term price and volume trends on the NASDAQ 100 index (NDX)**, and short-term technical indicators against those trends.

*The 361 Capital Systematic Index is a rule-based quantitative method that systematically takes long, short and cash positions in the NASDAQ 100 Index. Index performance is not indicative of the 361 Managed Futures Strategy Fund, which was incepted on 12/20/2011. Performance information for the 361 Managed Futures Strategy Fund will be available in April, 2012. It is not possible to invest directly in an index.

**The NASDAQ 100 Index is a modified capitalization-weighted index of the 100 largest and most active non-financial domestic and international issues listed on the NASDAQ.
